Service person's diagnosis ★★★★★The individual was quick to diagnose the issue as two things. Both were costly and suggested we may want to consider buying a new unit. He was willing to try a couple things for us to see, like adding refrigeration, but wouldn't work because the line was frozen.

Service work performed ★★★★★Until I got a second opinion, I thought the work performed was a good effort. I got another guy out and he found the issue in less than 30 minutes. He read the code, check the module, and said this has nothing to do with your A/C. The module was burnt and the motor was damaged. Two parts installed and we had A/C again and didn't have to pay a line test, or refrigeration or consider a new unit when ours is less than 7 years old. Biggest waste of 90 bucks and will never trust HALCO again.
