Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★Our furnace went out on a Sunday night, I called Halco in Phelps, on Monday morning at 6am. By 9:30 there was a gentleman here to help. Ironically, as he entered our basement, he noticed our hot water heater was leaking! He had to red tag our furnace, as it was unsafe. He did a wonderful job at answering all my questions about the products they sold, and explaining exactly what was wrong with our furnace, and hot water heater. By lunchtime, the estimator, Shane, was here, and he too went above and beyond, going that extra mile to help. He gave us a good, fair, price, for the high quality materials they use. He secured our financing quickly, and easily. On Thursday morning, the two installers came, and by early afternoon we had a new running furnace, and hot waterntank. From the very beginning, with the helpful lady who answered the phone, to the check up visit, a week after installation, to make sure we were satisfied, every aspect was flawless, seamless, and every person we encountered was helpful, professional, and customer satisfaction was their first priority. I've worked customer service my whole life, and this company is one of the best in customer service, in my opinion. I've had their maintenance plan for years, and I'm so thankful I chose them so many years ago. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and will.nThey took what have could have been a horrid situation, and made it far easier than I ever thought possible!
