• How knowledgeable was the energy adviser who came to your home ★★★★★
  While we weren't experiencing any problems (this was just a normal annual cleaning/check-up), he found the previous technician, not from Halco, installed the wrong nozzle, causing excess CO to be made (possibly harmful is the exhaust/chimney ever got plugged. We don't believe the CO was ever measured before... just the boiler efficiency.

  We sometimes overwhelm the technicians because we watch everything they are doing. Chris was calm and didn't seen nervous at all. He explained everything and believe me we asked him a bunch of questions.

  He was the cleanest technician we've had in over 20 years! Our boiler is inside the house and the equipment and room are kept very clean. Chris was very considerate and took pains to not make a mess. Chris was also very personable. We enjoyed talking to him. Thank you Chris!

  This is the best experience we've had with the boiler/heating service since we had it installed over 20 years ago. Chris was professional, personable and a great guy to have work in our house. We will have him again next year! And be able to confidently recommend him to our friends.

  Yes. Our boiler seemed to be working fine. We just needed normal annual maintenance and someone to advise if there were problems developing.
• What did you learn that most surprised you
  There are some truely great service technicians in this area; knowledgeable, considerate and certainly not lazy.
