Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★The only thing I wish was different is that we never knew what we were approved for. It would have been nice to get a letter stating what work was going to be done and how much of the grant funds we were approved for as well as any suggested improvements with added costs. We received phone calls to have crews come out to do the work, but had no idea what work they would be doing. We appreciate everything that was done very much and this is not a complaint. It just would have been a great added benefit to know what work we were awarded. Thank you very much!
