  Asked for a certain tech when I called and scheduled my service. I was assured he would be scheduled to do the work. The tech that arrived was not the one I had requested. When I called Katy to complain, she did apologize but then lied to me. She said the Tech that came to do the work was the supervisor of the heating and cooling dept and was excellent. So I asked the tech if he was the supervisor and he said 'no, he was just a senior technician '. The only truthful thing Katy said was that he was excellent. I have been a Halco customer for over 20 years and do not appreciate people who lie to justify a mistake they have made.
