What made you choose our company?
I called for a sewer overflow issue in my basement at 7am on 5/6. I was told someone would be out at 2pm or after. When no one arrived or contacted me by 4pm, I called and was told that the technician was 'running into lots of problems' at another job and that they wouldn't be able to come to my job until Wednesday (2 days later). I spent ALL DAY trying to get water out of my basement so that the Halco techs could come and help me out, only to be CANCELED with NO NOTICE. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed. Halco left me with an overflow of sewage in my basement and made it so I had to contact another company after 4pm to come resolve my issue. That whole 'get you comfortable again' line is a JOKE. I will NEVER deal with halco again!
