Discount for doing both solar + geothermal installation at the same time (all the other companies I looked at through Tompkins Heatsmart program only did one or the other, not both - was cheaper to do it all through one company)

  Installation crew was great, courteous, cleaned up, etc. One single employee tracked in a bunch of mud on the carpet, I asked if they could bring drop cloths next time and they immediately offered to have the carpet professionally cleaned (I just cleaned it myself because we already own a carpet shampooer due to having a dog and a small child, not a big deal). After that did not have any issues.
