What made you choose our company?
I have been using Halco energy to service my furnace and have been satisfied with the cost and work. I decided to try Halco plumbing when I was having a sewage back up problem. They were not at the same level of professionalism. From top to bottom.

Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★I had work done to repair a section of my sewer line out to the street. In the repair process of my sewer pipe, my footer pipe was damanged. I was dissapointed that when I called and spoke to Hal Smith he claimed no responsibility, because it was an unmarked pipe.

Our installation crew ★★★★★Gino was the foreman and driving the backhoe. He busted my footer drain, claimed it was an 'old sewer pipe' when asked. That is just negligence or ignorance.

The cleanup process ★★★★★The job called for a finish of rough grade. But I was left with mounds or mud and a hole in the ground. I was expecting some light raking and smoothing, not major earth moving.
