What made you choose our company?
I chose your company for the good reviews and BBB rating. But I am displeased with my experience. I spent $12,000 and my time and home were not respected.

Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★I was quoted 4 days for the project. It became 7. They did not communicate up front. The teams were late 5 out of 7 days with no notice and no reason given. Team 1 broke a glass candle in my bathroom and said nothing. They threw away the candle and left the broken glass. Team 2 did basement insulation and hard pipes the dryer. Part of the project was replacing a basement window. They left all the broken glass and debris all over my basement.

Experience with call representative ★★★★★She called and booked the first team and when I asked if this was for everything she said yes. It was not. Only found out when the project was going to take longer and then was told that was just the first part. So the second part still needed to be scheduled and I had to wait for that call. Then when team 2 was late by over an hour I called to inquire and she gave me a generic excuse.
