  Mike was so helpful and kind. I felt bad about how yucky that corner of the basement was, with spider webs and the water from the leaking water pump, but he was totally cool about it. I really appreciated his perspective about your membership program, given the aging and increasingly problematic state of our plumbing. I also was so grateful that he fit us in at the end of the day, given how busy he was. I felt a real sense of compassion from him for our situation with our kids and lack of very necessary water.
