  had initial appointment then had to schedule another appointment for another member to take a look at the problem. Form there it was several cancellations made by Halco and rescheduling. After several weeks finally they were able to come out and look at the issue. They said they would go back and talk to their boss about the issue and get his take on it. They were supposed to call back but never did. No follow up or anything.
