Carbon offsets allow people to “cancel out” the carbon emissions associated with their lifestyles. Who is eligible for a Climate Fund Grant? How do you apply?
Many households qualify for the extra funding support from the Finger Lakes Climate Fund. If you earn less than 80% of county median income for your household size, you can receive substantial incentives for energy improvements to your home.
