Halco offers a simple, affordable, and paperless way to pay for your plan. With your authorization, your monthly payment is automatically deducted from your checking/savings account. Maintenance agreements are completely transferable. If you move, notify Halco and we will reassign your service plan to your new home.
Yes. While there is no set penalty for canceling, we do ask that if we extend annual maintenance services, you extend your annual payment. Our maintenance agreement members understand that to receive their membership benefits, they are obligated to provide 12 months payment. If you decide to cancel your plan in less than a year and do not extend annual payment, you are responsible to pay back any discounts you may have received. If you are on E-Z Pay, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your withdrawal date — no refunds will be issued for cancellations that come after that date.
