A few years back, customers James and Diane in Ithaca, NY, were experiencing issues with their circuit breaker panel. Being a weekend, everywhere they called for help was either too busy or never responded. We were able to get back to the customer that same day and provide them with a new breaker panel, paving the way for future relations.
Fast forward a few years, James and Diane were so satisfied with our past services, they decided to call us for a free energy audit when researching various solar options. In a post project interview Diane stated that she was, ‘Very pleased with [Home Energy Advisor] John and how great he was during the audit.’ The customers were extremely happy with the outcome and how thorough and enthusiastic John was about the prospective project. From there, they decided to purchase a 12-panel ground mount to be placed in the rear of their backyard, designed to generate 3246.11 kWh per year!
