Years ago, we provided a solar panel installation in Cincinnatus, NY at the home of these environmentally-conscious customers, which was supplying them with almost 100% of their monthly electrical usage. Faced with constantly-rising fuel prices and the subsequent carbon emissions from their long commutes to work, they decided that it was in their best interest to purchase an electric car. With their existing system maxed out, additional energy was going to be be needed to supplement power for their new vehicle. Subsequently, we installed this new pole-mounted, 12-panel, 3.2kW SolarWorld system that will act as a clean, renewable ‘fuel station’ for their electric car for many years to come!
