Paul Crowley was our first contact with Halco’s plumbing service, and we were impressed. He is evidently well informed of the latest technologies related to plumbing, water conditioning, water filtering, and reverse osmosis, which were some of the topics on which we needed his expertise. Paul listened carefully to our concerns, and gave us frank opinion about possible solutions, always providing clear information regarding pros and cons of different alternatives. The job he did with the problem copper pipes looks outstanding. He was also very thorough in providing well-considered options to help us resolve the problems we are having with water quality. We were delighted with his professionalism.

We were very pleasantly surprised with the evident professionalism and breadth of knowledge of our first Halco technician, Thom Mayo. He is a good listener, gives clear articulate and thorough explanations, as well as impartial advise. The outstanding quality of his service today, checking our furnace and responding to many very specific questions, was what persuaded us to sign up for Halco’s discount club.
