John was terrific – He found an unexpected, major problem with our filter (pleat dividers missing) through his patient, thorough approach to checking out what we thought was a thermostat problem. BRAVO!

Dave and Jim did a great job. I would use Halco again. I feel the difference, the basement is staying at a constant 68 degrees with no heat on. Ron and Steve did a great job on the energy audit too!
