Hal, I know that Joe had left a satisfaction survey with me at the end of the job, but I wanted to reach out to you more personally to let you know what a great representative you have in Joe Velte. He and his crew were both knowledgeable an professional in their approach to the work performed on our home. Joe ‘set the tone’ as far as how his crew approached the job and they were both thorough and careful as they made their way around the house sealing areas that were ‘leaking’. Joe was understanding and had an appreciation for the cosmetics of the job he was doing and assured me of that by his words and actions. I am anxious to see what the followup test shows in the way of mitigation, but Joe had let me know that there was a significant reduction in the volume of outside air infiltration in our home.
