I came home from work and had no hot water. I looked into the basement and my water heater had started leaking. I turned off the water and my wife called Halco. The nice person on the phone said a tech was in the area and would be there soon. In about an hour and 15 minutes a tech was at my door. His name was Dave. He replaced my water heater in no time. He was the nicest service man of any sort I have ever in my home. Thank you Halco, thank you Dave.
