This note is long overdo. Thanks for the consideration on the replacement boiler, the entire process was a good experience. Dan did an excellent job of diagnosis, temporary repair, then the re-install and follow-up. I feel like we finally have the boiler running as well as possible. Many people will grumble about their experience, but I am writing just the opposite. Job well done on all counts.

I was wondering if a wet/dry vac could be used on this job. It was uncertain when I asked. It would be helpful for this was a resident and needed cleaning.
