I called for a sewer overflow issue in my basement at 7am on 5/6. I was told someone would be out at 2pm or after. When no one arrived or contacted me by 4pm, I called and was told that the technician was ‘running into lots of problems’ at another job and that they wouldn’t be able to come to my job until Wednesday (2 days later).
