timing/availability – waiting 2 or 3 months is not acceptable for service. Your response was in a couple days. Nothing ticks a customer off more than being told a company is too busy to get to them. Hire more staff. Work with the schools offering apprenticeships. Do whatever it takes to be there for the customer.
