We have the Platinum Service Plan and I am so glad. We had about $575 worth of work done and we didn’t have to pay for it. People have told us it’s a waste of money to buy service plans but to me it’s worth it for the peace of mind. I know if our furnace isn’t working I can call Halco and you’ll be out and it won’t cost me a cent. Your guys are always very courteous and professional.
