Once the technician got here he analyzed the problem quickly. Our only complaint was that he wasn’t here sooner than he was. The house was about 50 degrees when he arrived as the heat had been off for 3-4 hours. We live in a stone house with no insulation in the walls and when the stones get cold, everything gets cold. Fortunately we could stay warm in the kitchen because we have a fireplace there.
