We have been a customer for about 5 or 6 years at our home and recently at a seasonal home the heat went out and I could not restart the furnace. I called that morning and by early afternoon Gary had arrived and restarted the furnace we opted to replace the thermocoupler. He explained everything, made sure the furnace cycled on an off several times.
