Navien furnace/boiler had a heat exchanger fail and leak water all over the floor. Halco practically bent over backwards over a period of 5 days to make sure the parts were ordered from Navien (overnight), fitted, and various knock-on issues were addressed. Admittedly we were without heat or hot water for the time the thing wasn’t working, but one of the techs visiting offered us heating fans that he had in his truck (wasn’t necessary but thanks!). Quite possibly the most professional set of people I’ve worked with in a long time. Thanks Halco!
