A family member of mine said she has used the company for years and has never had a problem at all so I thought ‘great!’, trusting the fact it was a close family member. Definitely not thinking that after the service call and even now a week later. I personally thought the service call was a waste of money because nothing was done except turning up the temperature, which did not fix the problem.
