Most recently I was away from home recovering from back surgery. When I returned.my furnace had shut down. This was just in time for several days of below freezing temps. Acacia Blomgren came and determined that the Inducer was the problem. She ordered a new one indicating it would take a few days. I said I was concerned about my birds and their intolerance for low temperatures.

I don’t know who chose you. You came to me from the state energy audit. We were to get over $9,000 work done because I’m a disabled senior and my house needs work to keep energy bills down. My house mates are also disabled and we did what we could to prepare as best we could. NO one told me there was a state cut off date, only that you had many work dates set out and we would be pushed back toward fall. Work crews came and told us what we needed to do. Everyone of them said differently
