Our electrician arrived and immediately noticed several other issues that needed to be addressed; most notably the existing panel box was located directly behind the home’s water softener and the service was grounded improperly. We addressed this by installing a new 200 amp service 3 ft. away from her old box to allow ample clearance from the water softener and corrected the grounding issue. We also removed a secondary pole off of the customer’s property that fed the electric line to the house and replaced it with this new pipe riser.
