About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Administrative Sales Representative to join our team. As the face of our organization, this individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members over the phone, email, and in person
- Resolve member inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactionsÂ
- Support inventory control
- Provide information on organization products and services
- Assist members with account maintenance and updates
- Ensure that all customer service standards are met and exceeded
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer serviceÂ
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
