About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, dependable Carpenter to perform a variety of residential carpentry and remodeling tasks. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work as part of a team, and consistently delivers quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential carpentry work including framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and general repairs
- Masonry experience is a plus
- Read and interpret work orders, plans, and measurements accurately
- Work independently and with a crew to complete projects on time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of carpentry or residential construction experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in residential environments
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
