Insulation & Air Sealing Photo Album: Insulating an Old School Bus in Ithaca, NY

This Ithaca, NY customer contacted Halco for a spray foam estimate. Upon arrival to the home, our energy advisor quickly learned that the customer was interested in converting an old school bus into a mobile home, and she wanted to insulate the interior of the bus. While this was a new request for us, we were very excited to jump in and help the customer with such an awesome project!

Before we could begin spraying the insulation, the crews needed to tape off all areas where we did not want the foam.

After the bus was properly taped, the crew got to work spraying the shell of the bus.

Finished Product

The customer still has a lot of work to do before the bus is move-in ready, but the insulation was a huge step in the process!
