Dryden, NY HVAC Installion at Tompkins County Community College
Install a hydronic heating system, fresh air make up, and a complete plumbing system at the Tompkins County Community College in Dryden, NY – a four story student dormitory building.
The heating system consisted of baseboard radiation and some unit heaters. A duct furnace was used to temper the outside air and was ducted to the common areas through out the building. The plumbing system consists of a water service, water heaters that were fired at a higher water temperature and a thermostatic mixing valve to bring the temperature back down to 120°F.
Air conditioning was not installed since this dormitory is not used in the summer.
