Basement Waterproofing & Insulation in Naples, NY

This drafty old farm house in Naples, NY had major moisture problems in the basement. The fiberglass on the basement ceiling had visible condensation on it.  The basement was musty, moldy, drafty, dark, and very damp.  We put down a vapor barrier on the basement and crawl space floors and sprayed 2′ closed cell foam to the rim joist and walls.  We also installed a SaniDry Energy Star rated dehumidifier that will remove up to 109 pints of water per day! All of this resulted in a drier, more comfortable, and more energy efficient home.
