I was feeling so good about going with Halco when the heat pump kicked on that morning and I wasn't using propane for the first time in a month, then this. Hopefully all of the problems with the initial installation have been fixed and we can go for a few years with nothing other than routine maintenance calls

Polite, professional, fixed the problem. Only problem was the call center operator.
Call Representative
Didn't seem as concerned about the exhaust blowing directly into the living area of house and the open hole in the ceiling as me not having a service plan. Best she could do was 24 hours later

GLUED the PVC that had only been fitted together, straightened the exhaust pipe on the roof so that there was no longer an open hole in the ceiling
