#1 reason I would recommend you to others is reliability. You show up when you say you're going to show up, you answer phone calls, your employees reply to emails promptly and even text messages. I have dealt with pain in the ass hard-to-reach contractors before and it's not worth the headache.

Installation crew was great, courteous, cleaned up, etc. One single employee tracked in a bunch of mud on the carpet, I asked if they could bring drop cloths next time and they immediately offered to have the carpet professionally cleaned (I just cleaned it myself because we already own a carpet shampooer due to having a dog and a small child, not a big deal). After that did not have any issues.
