Dan Vara was Service Tech who identified issue. He was very persistent and thorough.

Adam Hobbs read my dilemma. Called to help resolve situation. Had Ed Link call you on us next day.
Sales Process
Ed Link was his usual helpful self. We have dealt with him in June for new AC.
Our Installation Crew
We had Dan, Patrick, and Ricardo. They were all professional and helpful, plus very respectful. Dan was in charge and knew his work. He made sure we were satisfied with installation.
