Each year, emergency calls are much more common during the summer and winter seasons when people need heating and cooling the most, and these calls tend to keep our schedule extremely full. One of the greatest benefits of scheduling maintenance in spring and fall is that customers will avoid seasonal delays.
This year, to encourage our maintenance agreement customers to beat the rush, any customer to have their annual maintenance completed by May 31, 2019 was entered to win $500! On June 1st we randomly selected a name and Rosalind K., of Auburn, NY, was our winner!
We hand delivered the prize to 91-year-old Rosalind, who was ecstatic to win! Rosalind has been a Halco customer for many years, stating, “I always know someone is going to come when I need them!”
*Note- Agreement customers pre-pay for their annual maintenance. To have this annual maintenance completed was no additional cost to customer.
