Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★I had called Halco to have a microinverter replaced. The phone operator was wonderful and left a message for Zach V the Solar Field manager. Zach called back the following morning and we talked through what i was calling about and he asked for a picture of the roof etc. via text. Once he got them I never heard back from him. I texted a week later asking him if we could schedule an appointment for the microinverter. He asked one more question and never heard back from him. This isn't the first time Halco has provided lousy service. They installed a whole home air exchanger and had to come back again to install it properly. Time to find a new company. Service is awful prices are high and no over sight.
