Overall satisfaction with our company ★★★★★I’m experiencing cracks and brown spots in the kitchen ceiling. There is a tub right above the cracks and brown spots. A Plummer came out and said it was a gasket issue. He replaced the gasket. I got charged for the part & labor, over $250. And the cracks are still happening on my ceiling. SMH the issue is not fixed. I’m very disappointed. The rep on the phone had no compassion and after I voice my complaints she disconnected. Just terrible.
