  I’m very disappointed with Halco regarding the placement of my new electric meter. Without consulting me, they installed it right next to the main front window of my home — the most visible and prominent spot. Not only was I never asked or informed about placement options, but when I raised the concern, I was told it needed to be '3 feet from a window.' That explanation made little sense given its exact location, and frankly, I just shook my head and called the office.nnNow I’m the only house on my street with an electric meter front and center — and it looks completely out of place.nnOn a positive note, the spray foam team did an excellent job — very professional — and the basement looks great. But the lack of communication and poor decision-making around something as visible as the electric meter placement really ruined the overall experience for me.
