Hal, I felt compelled to write this email to you about the Insulation Crew that was at my residence this week, (Dave, Chris, Mike & Jeff). I have never met such polite and respectful contractors in my life as these fine young gentleman portrayed in representing your company. They went above a beyond to make sure the fumes were vented from my house as my wife is currently undergoing Chemo treatment and is very sensitive to smells of any kind. After they left you would never know they were here do to the cleanliness of their work habits. I am just speechless and I understand why your company earned the top contractor for NYSERDA. Kudos’s to you and your staff for a job well done. The A/C crew who are coming next week to install central air have a tough act to follow, but I am sure they will perform to my expectations. I would also like to give credit to Doug and Todd for their expertise in the design and planning. You have a fine company and great work ethic.
