I just had work done on my rented mobile home today through the Empower Grant program. The two gentlemen who did the work were very kind, courteous, and got everything done under the estimated time. I wish to thank everyone at Halco from Adrianne the Energy Advisor I first met last month to the owner for making these helpful enhancements!
