About the Role
Halco is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to keep our shop clean, organized, and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for a retiree looking for steady part-time work or a student who needs a flexible schedule around classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust shop floors, workspaces, and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling and keep receptacles clean
- Clean restrooms and break areas
- Wipe down surfaces, equipment exteriors, and workbenches
- Organize supplies and tools and keep walkways clear for safety
- Restock cleaning and shop supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to a supervisor
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for the shift
- No prior experience required; we’ll train you
- Retirees and students are especially encouraged to apply
