Can new insulation be added over existing insulation?

In many cases, yes. If existing insulation is dry and in good condition, Halco can air seal first and then add insulation on top to improve performance. If insulation is wet, damaged, or contaminated, it may need to be removed and replaced to ensure long-term results.
