Waterloo, NY – At a recent board meeting in Waterloo, the Finger Lakes Workforce Investment Board (FL WIB) presented Hal Smith, president of Halco, with a resolution and certificate of appreciation for his three years of service as chairperson of the board.
Smith has been a member of the board since 2003. He is a former officer and director of the Upstate NY ACCA chapter and now serves as an officer and director of the Central New York chapter, which he helped form.
