Halco designs and installs solar electric systems that can offset anywhere from 30-110% of a building’s electrical use. Systems can be installed on rooftops, on the ground, or as part of site features such as parking areas.
Halco designs solar electric systems based on energy usage, available space, and budget considerations. Systems can be connected to the utility grid and may also support critical building loads during outages. Monitoring is included so performance can be tracked over time.
Geothermal Heating and Cooling Systems
Geothermal systems use stable ground temperatures to provide heating and cooling for commercial buildings. These systems can support heating, cooling, and, in some cases, hot water needs.
Halco designs geothermal systems based on building size, site conditions, and energy goals. Our geothermal systems can typically meet 70-100% of a client’s current building heating, cooling, and domestic hot water (DHW) needs. Proper planning helps ensure systems operate efficiently and deliver long-term value.
We are members of the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA), and presently have one IGSHPA Certified Designer/Installer and one IGSHPA Certified Vertical Earth Loop Installer/Driller. No one knows geothermal in the Fingers Lake like our team!
