Designed an LEED Certified heating and cooling system at Gateway Commons in Ithaca, NY.
Water source heat pumps are used in each apartment for heating and cooling the apartment complex in Ithaca, New York.
We installed two boilers at Gateway Commons in Ithaca, New York. The hydronic heating systems included one boiler primarily for heating and the other for hot water storage.
Design a LEED Certified hydronic heating and air conditioning system plus an ERV fresh air system for a 6-story apartment building with retail space in the first floor.
We installed two boilers to condition Gateway Commons, the 6-story apartment building in Ithaca, New York. One boiler is used primarily for heating the building and one boiler is used for the indirect hot water storage tanks. A cooling tower is used to cool the building in the summer. Water source heat pumps are used in each apartment for heating and air conditioning. An ERV is used to bring in fresh air to each apartment and the common areas.
