Experience with call representative ★★★★★we started in august of 2014 to get this done before cold weather, ( BUT ) we kept being told it would be just a few more weeks. it got to be near thanksgiving and I called again. ( just a few more days , oh yes it will be before Christmas ( not ) we got a call and halco wanted to set it up BUT we had relatives here for Christmas holidays. ( we were going to be out of town for a few days the first part of January 2015 and we set it up for ( 1-5-2015 ) way to long and to many just a few more weeks. guys that did the installation were great and let us know what and how is being done. good clean up job. not happy with so much BS.
