Suggestions for ImprovementMore details about when and how NYSEG would hook up. It was difficult to get anyone who could answer this. Maybe Halco could regularly meet with NYSEG rep to review projects. The NYSEG rep could be a liaison to NYSEG and facilitate the communication to/from NYSEG? Just an idea.
